IF USE 60Si2MnA ALLOY STEEL ROD FROM (20mm TO 40mm) FOR cold COILING springs and thequestion ?
1-what is suitable degree for quenching this springs AFTER COILING IT ?.
2-and for quenching liquid its better if use oil or another liquid?
3- what is the Correlation between diameter of springs and time if was temperature of furnace at limit of quenching .
4- WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO COOL OIL IN TANK QUENCHING
