Hello,
I work for a company that uses trapped key interlocking systems on the doors of large industrial blenders. Because of the 1) strong impulse force required to shut the doors 2) vibration coming from the blenders, disrupting alignment 3) product from the blenders getting into the locks, these are not working well for us. Besides replacing the trap keys with new units that have anti-vibration mountings, are there any alternative systems that might work in this scenario? Like a lock-out door sensor?
