Transverselt Isotropic PCB Properties

I am doing a thermal stress simulation on some stacked vias in printed circuit boards (PCB). I was wondering if anyone has created transversely isotropic material properties for glass fabric (style 1080)reinforced epoxy laminate? The specific material I am using is Polyclad 370 HR epoxy/phenolic blend. Is there a database out there?
