I am searching for a source of a radio transmitter, VHF or UHF to send a repetative message. Three selective frequencies and to run on DC power. Source: I would prefer an off the shelf item, but a schematic would be helpful. Thanks

Single chip transmitters, receivers and transceivers, with few external components -- RM Monolithics' stuff works nicely.
