Transition tubing from different cross-section problem

Hello. I have serious issues on designing tubing of different cross-section ends. Ok i know how to work the "Sweep along guide" and the "Tube tool" (of which is step-down tool of the previous tool) and i was able to make a really good transition from an oval/slot shape to a circle. These are centered on the same axis and a line is used as a guide to connect them to their respective planes. I managed to do this by using "Styled sweep" with "1 Guide, 1 Touch" mode to model the internal surface of the transition tube. Then the best way i found to make it into a proper tube is to use the "Thicken" tool.

Now i want to make the same transition but instead of making it on a straight piece of pipe do it on a angled pipe (elbow). Think of it as if you have a mandrel bent pipe and you crush the end of the pipe on a vise. You will get an oval shape on that end. No matter what i've tried it doesn't work. The same tool i used before gives error: "Unable to build surface". How i think of it the "2 guides" mode should be the one able to do it but when i manage to make it do something it gives out very very weird results.

I'm not very familiar with surfaces so anyone that can help is really appreciated.

Kind regards

Ok managed to figure this out! Basically you can use the swept tool like you would normally for most sweeps, and you just click the add new set before you add your secondary curve. Then click specify origin curve to adjust the start point of the rotation of the swept to your liking and you are done! Took me so many hours and it was so simple!
