Does anyone know of a company that makes a protective barrier/blast wall/fire separator that could be placed between two electrical transformers in an outdoor electrical switchyard? This barrier needs to be about 30 feet long and 30 feet high and compliant with safety codes, such as NFPA code. This is intended to be temporary until a more permanent structure can be erected.

If you have the lateral space, then you can probably use overseas shipping containers. You would have to anchor the containers to the ground and and weigh them down.

However, I doubt that you have the space.

The ususal practice is concrete walls.
