Transformer Secondary Bushings to Multiple Panel boards

Hi All,
I have a 2MVA 4160 to 415V delta wye Transformer. I would like to connect from the transformer secondary bushings to four 800A Panel boards each with a main 800A breaker. In this instance there is no protection on these cables at the point of connection to the transformer. Each 800A Panel board would be fed with 4 runs of 3/0 copper 4C cable.
In what scenario does this configuration pass code in Canada?
In what scenario does this configuration pass code in the US?

For US, review the tap rules in Article 240 in the NEC. It will depend on the length of the taps. Also will depend if the tap conductors are inside or outside.
