How do i calculate X and R for a power transformer like 10 or 20 MVA if i have only Z. Is there any standard X/R ratios for these transformers?

Cutler Hammer list transformers 10 mva 69kv as
5.5% x/r = 10 above 69kv 7.5% x/r = 12

12 mva to 30 mva 10% x/r =20

The IEEE Red Book has a graph of average X/R ratio as a function of transformer type and rating.

There is no way to directly calculate without the transformer test data.
