Transformer Forced Air Fans and Short Circuit Values

Hi there. When model short circuits for transformers that have fan assited cooling, would i take kva rating at normal rating or at the fan assitsed rating?

For ANSI-rated transformer, the nameplate impedance is based on the lowest self-cooled rating. For IEC transformers, I believe it is based on the highest forced-cooled rating.

The base kVA used for the impedance should be stated on the nameplate.
