A customer gave me a logo drawn in autocad that he wants engraved onto his part. I was wondering if it would be possible to add the drawing to a model created in SE, and if so could you give descriptive steps.
Thanks in advance.

There's more than one way to skin a cat.

If you open the dxf/dwg file as a solid edge draft then that will convert it into SE.

You can then use the now Solid Edge geometry as you see fit.

One way is to create a sketch in the model and then paste the logo from the SE draft into it.

Posting guidelines faq731-376 (probably not aimed specifically at you)
What is Engineering anyway: faq1088-1484
