How to carry out test / calculation for finding out tramp air quantity and associated loss in coal fired boilers of 200 MW and above sized. suggest reading material / websites.

The way I would apporach this problem is to rent an HVT and measure the furnace %O2 shortly above the burner zone. You will need some aspirating windows to get the probe in. Then measure the %O2 ahead of the air heaters. Then you determine the % leakage as you would in an air heater leakage test.

I do not know of the loses the tramp air would cause directly. But the tramp air (if in enough quanity) will bias you controling O2 probes high. That will lead to increased UBC and slagging.

I have used Storm Technologies for this testing with good success. Good equipment, and competent staff. If you have everything ready for them when they arrive, this is a relatively straightforward test.
