TR55 difficulty downloading 1

Has anyone tried to get this lately from the NRCS? It's damn near impossible to download the old (or the new for that matter) TR-55 program from their website.

It's all setup via FTP, and I'm having a hell of a time downloading it via HTTP. I've changed all my security settings and it still won't download.

I'm downloading an FTP client now to see if I can have better luck with that.

In the meantime, does anyone know another site where you can download TR55. I have it at work, but I was going to finish some detention basin design at home tonight, but it looks like that won't be happening if I can't get TR55.

Nevermind. The problem was with my Windows Firewall that I didn't even know I had. I guess it's a part of the Windows Anti-Spyware program. This must be enable to download from the NRCA site.
