Toshiba Vseries Sequence Flow Halt Problem

Dear all

Have anyone here faced this problem where the sequence flow chart will halt at certain phase when the PLC been tripped?

Anyone here got any idea to solve this?

I tried to remove the Phase where it halted and replaced the same one, redownload then it only work smoothly.

But the problem is this problem happened each time the PLC been tripped.
