Torsional inertia of steel spine box girder

Hi, every body. In order to calculate longitudinal torsional inertia of steel spine box girder, it is required to calculate the transformed section of steel and concrete. The queastion, for transform section of steel , is n = 0.88 for steel prtion ?
Any body has an idea Pls.
