Does Etabs calculate the torsion caused by Eccentricity between Centre of mass and centre of rigidity while calculating seismic forces or Have to be applied manually by the User?

It seems, Etabs does not use the calculated eccentricities. Therefore, you have to input it manually when you select the "Override 5% eccentricity" tab.
