Torque requirements for unusual screw types

I'm not familiar with these type of screws and I need to know what torque requirements would be required for them:<br>
<br>
.138-32 x 1/4 phfh 100 deg sz<br>
.164-32 x .625 phph sz cone sems<br>
.190-32 x 250 phfh 100 deg sz<br>
.138-32 x .25 phph sz cone sems<br>
<br>
Is there a guideline that I can refer to for future use?<br>
<br>
Anything you can do would be appreciated.<br>
