Torque loading of panel 1

Hi all

Can i know why aircraft panel on aircraft using Ziploc and camloc fastener need to be torque laded? How abt those panel using screws (e.g. NAS 1153) especially dorsal panel?

maybe I'm not understanding your post, but you don't torque a cam-loc (the way you torque a bolt ... you just install the cam-loc fastener into the receptical.

Hi.. thanks for the prompt reply.. On some aircraft panel, we're using ziploc fastener (hexagonal stud and square receptacle) and cam-loc fastener (same type of square receptacle but torque bit stud).. And all these fasteners requires a torque loading of 30-35 inch pound. My question is, why do all these panel need torque loading or in general, why there is a need of torque loading? Izit becos these are stress panel or...??
