topsoil screened indoors

I am looking to build a steel building for keeping our topsoils dry. It will be big enough to actually screen and stock pile 5-6000 cyds of material inside. Does anyone have information on any other facilities like this, or helpful ideas. Thanks

Look at a 'salt dome'. They are used by DO's to keep salt and sand dry.
