Top Entry Trunnion Valve for 615F Hot Oil Service

Does anyone know of a MFG or design for top entry trunnion valves that would be suitable for maximum operating temperatures of 615F in hot oil service? Metal-metal seats seem to be pretty much a given at these temperatures, but what I don't see is how the other joints, such as the body-bonnet, around the stem, and between the seat and body are going to be sealed. Some MFG's have talked about using high performance perfluourinated o-rings, but they don't seem to have a lot of real experience and I see that our operating conditions are at the very upper published limits of that material, so I am concerned that it might not be a real robust solution.

Any experience or ideas? We are hoping to find alternatives to the Orbit style as the price is very expensive.

Questions:
Size? Pressure rating? Why trunnion mounted? - this makes life far more difficult as you then have two seals - body to seat and seat to ball.
Have you considered metal seated butterfly type if price is a consideration? (Or do you need to pig the line or have full bore for other reasons?)

Also, why top entry? My understanding is that most manuf. are phasing them out as nobody rebuilds valves in the field anymore.
