My company doesn't use toolbox parts. An outsource company that did some work for us decided to save toolbox parts as purchased manufactured parts. When I checked them into PDMWorks, I had all the typical toolbox part "noise".

Is there a way for me to make this part a regular part and not a part flagged for the toolbox? Or do I just have to go and regenerate the models from scratch?

Thanks

Yes.
Browse to your SolidWorks install Directory, typically something like so: C:\Program Files\SolidWorks
Ther will be a "Toolbox" folder with a sub folder called "data utilities". In this folder is an .exe file named "sldsetdocprop.exe"
Run this and you will be able to remove the flag on single parts or whole folders.

Good Luck!!

Thank you! That was exactly what I was looking for. A star for you :)
