I've been using Solidworks since 2002 but only recently started using ToolBox. I can get the fastener description (ie. 1/4"-20UNC X1"LG SHCS) to show up in the BOM but I don't know how to get a part number (ie. GR.5) to show up there. any help?

Looks like you need to RMC on the library part in the tree and select "Edit Toolbox Definition" then add the Part Number. I am using '06 5.1 but kinda remember it in earlier versions.

OK that's what I figured. Now on my BOM I have a column that is meant to show the part number. Those toolbox parts show up with the part number in that column but any other parts have the actual filename show up there.
