toolbox hardware - lost configs?

At my company, we recently switched our toolbox from a local setup to a networked setup. I opened an assembly that i had made before the switch, and now all of the hardware has reverted to a default size, and their confogurations are gone from the properties dialog box. SW is getting the files from the networked drive, and if i drag in an identical part from the toolbox, it allows me to set the proper size. Can i get the configurations back to the existing hardware in my assembly?

ps- we're all using SP4.0 now

not exactly anwering my own question, but here's what i did- I found the old copy of the hardware part files on my C drive and copied them to the corresponding folders on the network. I only did the hardware i was having problems with, so not to screw up anything else. The assembly seems to work fine now.

It's strange because for most assemblies, i get a dialog asking if i want to add missing configurations to the toolbox hardware when opening up an older assembly. Just didn't happen on this particular assembly.
