Hello

I'm working on accessory for bikes. I need information what tolerances is necessary for parts that will be assembled. Probably product will be made of ABS or PP material. In attachment, added images show what I mean. Added link to Obj files too. Have in mind this is a prototype, and right now I'm working on the final part, and want to avoid production and assembly problems.

we mold PP to a tolerance of +/-.0005"
that said, it is extremely difficult and time consuming. I am unfamiliar with ABS, but woudl expect similar experience.
If you don't want to run a ton of FEA and moldflow and pay for multiple iterations, I'd plan on no better than +/-.005". Looking at your part, it seems like you can afford more, but I don't know your design requirements.
