For those that currently performance stack-up analyses or are interested in doing so, would you be willing to buy a spreadsheet calculator on-line or do you only rely on self-made tools. If willing to buy on-line what functionality would you look for in a stack-up tool (e.g. worst case, RSS, MRSS, slop/play calculations, TCE compensation, instructional help)?

Why buy when I'm pretty sure at least one has been posted on this site. I forget when but I think I was the poster!

Now, if you can come up with a way to do RSS & similar on hole patterns using positional tolerancing then you might get some interest.

Posting guidelines faq731-376 (probably not aimed specifically at you)
What is Engineering anyway: faq1088-1484

There is one at
I use one that I created that is based off of it but with some simulation capability.

The only way I can see paying for one is if it made creating the loop easier by interfacing with my CAD program (SolidWorks) and grab the appropriate dimensions. That is usually the step that takes the most time.
