The research that I have dane was ' relationships between properties obtained by CBR test and Uniaxial compression tests at different compaction levels'. And I obtained there is increasing relationship of CBR and UCS value when selected MC is dry side or optimum. But low relationship if it is wet. I want to get conclusion to that results..

I think you have your conclusion.
The CBR test is a form of uniaxial compression until you achieve bearing capacity failure in the test. The conclusion is that compressive strength will increase until you hit optimum moisture and then will decline.

All I know in our practice, we'd be much more interested in refining the correlation between UCS and resilient modulus. The FHWA is requiring pavement design for primaries and interstates using MEPDG (mechanistic-empirical pavement design guide). So, for our prominent roads, CBR will no longer be a factor in design.
