pro_unit_length unit_xx is one option. The best option would be

template_solidpart \directory\standardpart.prt. In other words, create template parts and assemblies with pre-defined views, standard datum planes, layers and coordinate system.

template_designasm \directory\standardassy.asm

is for start assembly.
