Title of GE SIL 636

Does anyone know the title and issue date of this GE SIL (or even if it really exists?) This is all I have to go on, and I'm drawing a blank. I do NOT need a copy - just some more information to help locate it.

The title for SIL 636 is "Additional terms included in decay heat calculations" it was issued on 01/24/01 and 06/06/01 for SIL 636R1.
