Hi guys

I woudl like to find out what the standards and rules are for different title blocks. I have a nice template for A1 there i know that the title block should be around 100mm wide. but how is it by plans in A0 and A3?

is there not an international standard for? or at least a recommendation?

Regards

Tom

I've never heard of a standard for title blocks. Even if someone developed one - there's no enforcement mechanism other than what your client/owner wants...and good clients usually care about the plans/design content - not the title block.

It seems to me that we have enough standards already. At least leave us the freedom to design our title blocks as we see fit.

Ja this is als true, we should still keep some freedom but I just wanted to create a nice template for our companie for Drawings from A3 up to A0 and herefor I wanted to make sure that am doing it according to the standards

I know there is a code for, is called "DIN EN ISO 5457" but only that I can't get the code here

Most of us are usually stuck using the borders the architect provides. On many of our projects we only put our company logo in the consultant box on the Arch border.

Architectural graphic standards might also be a useful reference.
