time history saap

Hy. I have a question related to the time history function in Saap2000. I have a 30level building with point frame loads on each third floor. I defined a time history function from file and I run the analysis. I can clearly see the deformed shape of the building but I am afraid that the responses generated by the program are without the point frame loads...just because I have different load cases for the loads and the function. If I put them together in a load combination I can't see how the structure works.
