It is my understanding that it is still in draft mode and has been approved by the committee. My info is probably 3 or 4 months old, but I think that was the comment made at the ASCE Transmission Line Conference in Sept. The draft I saw had significant changes and required seismic design, some of which got very involved. I assume it has gotten bogged down in committee due to controversial changes. I do not think that they have a public balloting requirement.
