Hello

I am a basic User of NX 7.5, I have a problem while making a model, when I tried to join 6 Sections of the Model by "Through Curve (by Points) Command" upto 5 sections the command works but when I select the 6th section I get an error message like " converting curve exceeds maximum size" I cant understand it. Is anyone there to help me???

I'll bet that all the curves are all splines, correct? The issue is that if you the 'Alingment' method 'By Points' and if the slines being used aren't all created using the same number of points or degrees, than internally the system is reparameterizing the splines so that they are all consistent. It does this by increasing the degree of the curves until they all have the same number of 'Alignment' 'points', however there is a limit of degree 24 (25 points) for an NX spline. That's why five curves works but when you add the 6th curve it exceeds that limit. Try using an 'Alignment' method of 'Parameter', or perhaps 'Arc Length' if all the curves are similar in shape and size.
