Threaded insulator/thread liner

I'm looking for a threaded component that can be screwed into a blind tapped hole. The component will also have an internal threaded hole so that a further component/screw can be screwed into the insert. The threaded component should be made from nylon/acetal/other plastic material so that it can act as an insulator between the other components. If the plastic component has a flange on it then so much the better. Ideally with metric threads.

Has anyone ever seen such a component available as a standard part?
