Thread Tapping Inconel w/000-123 tap

I perform Technical Cost Analysis for a major defense contractor. One of the vendors taps a 000-123 thread in Inconel. They are experiencing a 4-1 scrap rate by breaking taps in the part.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>We will be performing a Process Improvement workshop soon and I would like to be able to reduce the scrap rate. <br><br>What is the advice of the community?
