thread color changes

I made a new assembly (2) which contains an assembly with a thread (1). The thread color in assy (1) is default green.
When I make an assembly feature (revolved cutout) in assy (2), the shown thread color in assy (2) changes from default green to orange.

Does anyone has an idea how this is possible?
Is this normal?
