Thickener Design according to API 620

Good Day

I am designing a thickener tank with conical bottom that makes an angle of 7 deg with the horizontal. The height of the conical side is 1.5 meter and total height is 4 meters. The diameter of this thickener tank is 26 meter. I looking for guidance in design calculations and considerations.

Best advice is to consider all of the loading which the thickener tank will be subjected to both internally and externally including environmental loadings (i.e. wind, seismic, snow) and design to an applicable Code ensuring that the finished Design is fit for purpose!!
