Thermowell Adapter for 1.25-18NEF Straight Thread connection

I have tanks which I am installing temperature probes in. The existing thermowells on the tank are 1.25-18NEF Straight thread. Where can I get an adapter for this thread connection so I can install a normally threaded RTD probe.

I don't know any companies that have these on the shelf. If you need quick turn around go to a local machine shop. Otherwise contact one of the Thermowell manufacturing firms such as Mac-Weld Machining & Manufacturing LTD.

Straight threads are not effective as a process seal. How are you dealing with leakage?
