Has anyone attempted to use a thermal spray coatings lto minimize polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking?

Sounds like a fools errand to me. Any microporosity and you will be sunk.
The biggest issue with this is to prevent any sensitization. And I mean any. Even very light shallow areas will initiate cracking.

Still trying to help you stop corrosion.
