Does anyone know how to calculate the heat transfer coefficient that is used as an interface in Pro E Wildfire 4?

I need to know what values I need for copper to aluminium and aluminium to steel. A value in mW/mm^2K, or N/mm SEC C would be ideal....

Copper dims = 8mm * 8mm * 0.1mm, aluminium and steel dims = 46mm * 46mm * 50mm
