Thermal Cycle Test setup Question

I have a copper conductor through a Cycloalophatic resin that I want to run a thermal cycle on for expansion and contraction of both materials to see if they fail. Does anyone know a standard test procedure as far as number of cycles and time duration. I have a min and max cycle temp.
