Does anyone know of a lab or company who can do thermal analysis of a prototype cooking utensil to measure its thermal dispersive characteristics, i.e. how well does the fry pan spread out the heat?

Try to contact "info@fdsresearch.si".They have a very reliable system of computer vision. It is based on analysis of a video image taken with a thermo camera. Could be employed as a development tool or a process control tool.
