ASTM A252 Para 16.1 state that one tension test shall be made for each 200 pipe. If those pipes (200 joints) made from two or more raw material/ coil (each coil has one heat number), it is permissible to perform only one tension test? Or it shall be made tension test for each raw material/ heat number?

Please re-read below to answer your question

From ASTM A 252
16.1 One tension test shall be made on one length or
fraction thereof of each size, or one piece of skelp representing each lot of 200 lengths or fraction thereof of each size.

I have received 60 joints pile pipes spiral weld ASTM A252-2 dia 30" thk 10 mm which consist/ made from of 5 different coil. Those pipes equipped with one tension test, therefore is this comply with ASTM A252 STANDARD?

You need five tension tests due to five different heats of skelp used for a lot.
