The Bushing has the bad C1 test result, but the good hot collar result

C1 (%PF): H1, H2, H3 => 1.49, 1.13, 0.74.

Hotcollar: H1, H2, H3 => 0.024, 0.03, 0.034.

Which test result you would use to judge the integrity of the bushings?

Both, but I'd weight the C1 more heavily. The hot-collar is sensitive to environmental factors, cleanliness, and technique.

What brand, type, and voltage?
