Text "after leader" vs "above stub" or "over stub"

Hello,
How do I get my leader text to be located after the leader instead of above or over the stub of the leader? See the attached jpg. The upper leader is what I want, the lower is what I don't want.

Changing your Drafting Standard to 'ASME' will probably do the trick or you could go to Drafting Preferences...

Dimension -> Text -> Orientation and Location

...and change the 'Orientation' to 'Horizontal Text'

The variable that you suggest I change was already set to "text after stub". Any other suggestions?

The setting you are looking for in the Dimension Style GUI under the radial tab. It should be easy to find it, but I've attached a snapshot too.
