Text and graphic displacement

Anyone knows how to solve this? Text is all mixed up and moved away from picture. Tried reinstall but didnt help.

Tried older and newer drivers with no luck.
Older version of catia works great but new one v5-6 2024 dont have clarity icons like old ones and this graphic displacement. From catia they told me to install service pack but didnt help also
