TEV selection across a wide operating range

My heatpump will run at three operating points. After adjusting with correction factors for evaporator temperature and pressure drop to match Sporlan components, these operating points are 2.0, 3.4, and 4.8 tons cooling. The balanced port TEV that I would like to use doesn't have this range:
Size B is 1.75 to 3 tons
Size C is 3.25 to 5.5 tons
What would be the best choice here?
