Hello all. Let's start with I don't know much about electricity. I was hoping to get some education on how to check the serviceability of RG-213. We currently check it with a Fluke Insulation Tester at 5kV, DC hipot. I have read in other forums here that DC hipot is bad. Our 213 is more than 5 years old and some of it is buried directly in dirt, no protection. Does anyone want to tell me the best way to check RG-213?
