Hi everyone,

I have reading AASHTO to determine the procedure and requirements for load testing (test on completion, also know as the acceptance test) prior to giving use to the public service. However AASHTO is not clear on the requirements for this acceptance test. My last project, the contract signed with the employer did not include this phase, however this new project has a requirement to be tested on completion. Can someone guide me to the relevant standards. Thank you.

I don't deal with AASHTO requirements. But I've always assumes procedures and requirements for load testing were as above.
