tendon???

Hello everybody!
I need some help about tendons for modeling my bridge. The bridge contains 3 fields. In every field there are 10 tendons, and above the columns (2) there are 14 of tendons. Could you please tell me how the tendon can be created so that it goes from 10 (in field) to 14 (above the column) tendons?

no one should tell you that. visit the CSI website, there is a video on tendons, that should get you started.
