Hi All,
actually it is my second time here to submit the problems that i face during my work.
here my problem is about temporary cradle platform which is operating by 2 hoist motors, 2 wire winder motors & 2 motors for trolley (for aluminum rail). the problem is the rail have inclement in many areas and when the cradle is moving on these inclement the level will change for the cradle and it will be tilted from 1 motor more than the other motor. now i am suggesting to use proximity switch to control the level of the cradle and make it stable automatically during the travelling across the rail, but i have to control for 2 actions ( when cradle is going up and down), so due to that i decided to use mini PLC unit to control the operation of proximity for up and down action.
please advise how can i control the operation of the proximity switch if i want to use another smart unit except PLC.
