TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION LOADS

I am in the process of restoring a concrete parking garage topped with asphalt designed for 2000# concetrated loads (not alot considering weights of asphalt spreaders, rollers and bobcats with filled buckets)

I understand I can allow higher loads during construction (restoration) since they are only temporary. Anyone have guidance to such increases allowed or code references pertaining to this?
